We have recognized the need to offer innovative products in the preparation and serving of food in the HoReCa channel.
The tourism sector in Croatia faces numerous challenges, such as a large number of guests who are becoming increasingly demanding every day and seeking new flavors and dishes. At the same time, there is a shortage of workforce and a constant need for training new employees who need to be trained in a very short time.
Our task is to identify challenges in the HoReCa channel and find innovative practical solutions that are easy to implement and thereby enrich the offer.
One example you had the opportunity to get to know is
Italian Food& Cheese By Calzetti , where we find a wide range of the most delicious creamy cheeses that enable the quick and easy preparation of various dishes. I want to emphasize that the excellence of creamy cheeses is a great asset and the dishes prepared with them are true delicacies.
The possibilities for use in recipes are diverse:

• additions to risottos
• preparation of canapés
• making sandwiches
In the near future, we will offer innovative spreads made from the most delicious dried meat on the market. We also plan to offer a wide selection of quick-frozen desserts with simple and quick serving. An additional advantage of the desserts we will offer will be in the increasingly common specific guest requirements for special recipes due to dietary habits or health reasons (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan desserts, etc.).
